Participation costs
Costs for participation to the ASC Master’s course
Students from Partner Countries*
Students from Programme Countries*
These costs include
- registration in at least two host universities,
- academic training,
- library and laboratory costs,
- full insurance coverage,
- organization of Mobility tracks,
- language courses (in parallel or before the academic training),
- participation to ASC winter schools,
- on site visits,
- and administrative costs.
Participation costs do not include
- visa costs
- the living expenses (approximately 700 € per month)
- the transportation costs to and within Europe.
*Programme countries : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United-Kingdom.
All other countries are referred to as partner countries.
As stated in the student agreement, signed upon entrance into the ASC programme, participation costs are collected at the beginning of each semester.
Erasmus Mundus scholarships are available. But please note that EM scholarships have already been awarded for the 2024 course edition.

FEE WAIVERS
Each year, partial fee waivers are granted to students, based on academic records and financial needs.
These waivers can reach up to 4000 euros per year for EU residents and 8500 euros per year for non-EU residents.
Requests should be adressed to master-asc@univ-lille.fr after the selection results have been issued.
